Elastic
Places
Our Story
Cookie cutter, restrictive spaces are of no interest. To us, making spaces 'elastic' means making them more more flexible to tenant's needs through continual iteration and improvement. In order to do this effectively, we strategize, plan and general contract historic building redevelopment using a phase and feedback approach.
Along with increasing space functionality, this iterative approach also builds resilience by responding to market and climate changes. And if there is one thing we know, it's that change is the only constant in today's world.
We lean heavily on LEED, WELL and other regenerative building frameworks to guide our planet and human friendly projects, while expanding the scope even further and more holistically.
You can only manage what you measure, thus reporting is an essential part of this process that both improves building value, but also makes it's inhabitants, happy. :)
Our Spaces Provide:
Flexible Lease Terms
We want to lower the risk for you, help you succeed where we can, and therefor encourage long-term tenancy more holistically. What does this mean? We are invested in your business success, and are committed to make you never want to leave!
Responsiveness To Changing Business Needs
We do this in part by rehabilitating the building in phases based off ongoing feedback from you and even your clients / customers. This creates a unique fit for your business, tailored to your needs. It improves the usability of the space for us and future tenants. It's a win-win!
A Living, Evolving Commitment to People + Planet
